NEWFOUNDLAND, CANADA -

Newfoundland Provincial Courtroom - Familiar to many Seal Killers
A judge in St. John’s Newfoundland Canada has convicted another Canadian seal killer for violent offences committed in the DFO Canadian seal hunt.
The man was complicit in failure to assure that the seal was not still alive before skinning it. The man pleaded GUILTY for the crimes perpetrated by he and his seal boat crew and admitted to the violations of the Federal criminal code.
This now means there is further official documented evidence that will now go into the permanent court record showing that sealers have been convicted of acts considered inhumane and a Federal crime.
The men were also caught in violation of Federal weapons regulations. And they were also convicted on illegal weapons charges.
The men were caught on videotape, which showed the men committing the crimes, and was turned in as evidence at their trial.
The good Canadians, and good Newfoundland citizens are now reporting sealers for their crimes, and convicting them in court. The good Newfoundlanders and Canadians are now turning in sealers who commit crimes, as seal hunters are only a small extremist special interest group that comprises less than 1% of Newfoundland, and hurts 99% of the good Newfoundlanders who are now tired of their activities and the shame they bring on the province, and the stain seal killers bring down upon good Canadians.
The Canadian Newfoundland Judge reminded the sealers that Canada and the world is watching them. And then the Canadian Judge fined the sealing boat captain for unauthorized weapons.
Court documents provide as a matter of public record, the convicted sealer’s name is Captain Ashley Gould, 27 years old, who lives in Anchor Point, Newfoundland, Canada.
The offender, Ashley Gould is also Banned by the court from sealing. However under Canadian law, only on the first day of this year’s hunt, which means after that, this offender is still out there on the loose.
However, due to his inhumane acts, the fine inflicted upon him by his conviction in court, and being banned from the initial hunt, the losses incurred by this offender will set this sealer convict in financial red ink many times greater than the average gained by the hunt. So sealers are quickly learning that it is often better financially to stay home, stop the hunt, not risk criminal arrest, being caught on video, or death due to the DFO Coast Guard, and more advantageous to obtain a better job instead of seal killing.
The sealers from the boat were also caught red-handed using a banned instrument called a gaff to kill the seal, in violation of the Marine Mammal Regulations.
"If we are to convince the world that our hunt is a humane hunt, we have to take these offences seriously. We have to talk the talk, and walk the walk, to protect the fishery," the Newfoundland Canadian Provincial court Judge decreed.
The evidence in the case was Not provided by the DFO, but rather outside sources in Canada, therefore this provides even more evidence that the DFO is unable to properly regulate their own seal hunt. And it shows that the hunt is poorly regulated.
Increasingly nowadays more and more Canadians, and the good Newfoundlanders are turning Sealers in for their crimes, and finally working to clean Canada’s flag of the stain that sealers bring down upon Canada’s good name. 99% of good Newfoundlanders realize that sealers who consist of less than 1% of the constituents of newfoundland create an insignificant income. The income from the seal hunt is insignificant to the livelihood of good newfoundlanders, and in fact creates an economic and financial loss which hurts nearly 30 million Canadians simply to prop up a tiny faction of an extermist special interest lobbyist group of seal hunters, such as the convicted criminal sealers sentenced in Provincial court.
